  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • ¾ cup Milk (dairy or plant based)

  • Single or double espresso shot or 1/4 cup of brewed coffee

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup yoghurt of choice - get Greek unsweetened natural

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder

Method
