1. In a large bowl, combine oats, plant milk, coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, sliced banana, and sea salt.

2. Set in the fridge for one hour, to overnight.

3. Serve in two glass jars. To assemble: Stack layers of almond butter, oats, coconut yoghurt, and top with grated chocolate and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
