Method

In a small saucepan, add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, a pinch of salt, water and coconut cream.

Place over medium heat and cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft and creamy. Add a little more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Stir in the mashed banana and peanut butter until well combined.

Divide between two bowls and top with sliced banana, a spoonful of peanut butter, yoghurt, a sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste.
