    Ingredients

    Porridge

  • 2 x Fibre-Rich Creamy Original Oat Sachets (180g)

  • 1 scoop of GoGood Whey Protein Powder + Organic Vanilla (30g)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ½ banana (mashed)

  • 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug

  • Pinch of salt

  • Topping

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug

  • ¼ cup greek or coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup granola or nut and seed mix

  • Maple syrup to taste

    Ingredients

    Porridge

  • 2 x Fibre-Rich Creamy Original Oat Sachets (180g)

  • 1 scoop of GoGood Whey Protein Powder + Organic Vanilla (30g)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ½ banana (mashed)

  • 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug

  • Pinch of salt

  • Topping

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • 1 Nut Brothers Peanut Butter Slug

  • ¼ cup greek or coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup granola or nut and seed mix

  • Maple syrup to taste

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, a pinch of salt, water and coconut cream.

  1. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring often, until the oats are soft and creamy. Add a little more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  1. Stir in the mashed banana and peanut butter until well combined.

  1. Divide between two bowls and top with sliced banana, a spoonful of peanut butter, yoghurt, a sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste.
