Crumble Mix:
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake
Fruit Mix:

Peel, core and slice apples then place in a large pot with the frozen blackcurrants.

Add remaining ingredients, and cook on a low heat until the apples are soft but not mushy.
Crumble Mix:

Add crumble ingredients to a large bowl.

Rub crumble ingredients together until well combined and resembling coarse breadcrumbs. ensure it is not too fine.

Pour fruit mix into an oven safe dish and spread crumble mix on top.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the fruit mix has begun to bubble- you may want to cover the crumble with tin foil for the last 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
