1 heaped tsp salt

1 cup water

1 - 1 ½ lb flour

1 lb sugar

2 tbsp Golden Syrup

Ingredients:
Method

Melt butter, water and golden syrup together.

Then add dry ingredients and mix well.

Roll out floured board to about ¼ - 3/8 thick and cut into biscuit sized pieces.

Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 30-40 mins.
