1 earl grey tea bag, remove the paper tag

1 cup milk of choice (or half water / half milk)

Method

Bring the milk to boil. Take off the heat and add tea bag, spices and honey. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Once brewed, squeeze out tea bag and remove from milk.

Add spiced milk and oats into a bowl. Stir and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds, until thick and creamy. Top with yoghurt, pear slices and toasted nuts or nut butter.
