- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and mix together the wet ingredients in a large bowl.

Add in the dry ingredients and toss until well combined.

Place on an oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Leave to set for 1 hour before storing in an airtight container.
