  • 1/2 cup Harraways Immunity Boost Blackcurrant Spiced Apple Oats 

  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice

  • 1 heaped tsp of chia seeds 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 a banana - mashed 
  • A splash of water
  • TOPPINGS:

  • Sliced orange, kiwis fruit, berries and a handful of nuts and seeds

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Harraways Immunity Boost Blackcurrant Spiced Apple Oats 

  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice

  • 1 heaped tsp of chia seeds 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 a banana - mashed 
  • A splash of water
  • TOPPINGS:

Method

  1. Add the first five ingredients into a saucepan on a medium heat. Add a good splash of water, stirring occasionally for a couple of minutes.

  1. Pour into a bowl and top with the fresh fruit, seeds and nuts.
