I’ve decided to stop gatekeeping my current favourite oaty smoothie and share it with you! This blend is creamy, nutty and so satisfying — thanks to the addition of Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats. They give the smoothie a deliciously smooth texture while adding fibre, antioxidants and that slow-releasing, low-GI goodness we love.

  • ½ cup Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats 

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 2 tsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup plain protein yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Method

  1. Throw everything into a blender. Whizz until smooth.
