    Ingredients

    Base

  • 1 cup Harraways Rolled Oats 

  • ¾ cup dates soaked in ¾ cup of boiled water for 10 minutes to soften 
  • ¼ cup ground almonds 

  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder 

  • 2 Tbsp extra light Olive oil 

  • Snickers Layer

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  • 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter 

  • 1 Tbsp extra light Olive oil 

  • 2 Tbsp water 

  • 1/3 cup dates soaked in ½ cup boiling water for 10 minutes to soften 

  • ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats 

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • ¼ cup chocolate chunks 

  • ¼ cup of sunflower seeds (you can use chopped nuts or pumpkin seeds and can add up to ½ cup) 

  • Top Layer

  • ½ cup melted chocolate

    Base

  • 1 cup Harraways Rolled Oats 

  • ¾ cup dates soaked in ¾ cup of boiled water for 10 minutes to soften 
  • ¼ cup ground almonds 

  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder 

  • 2 Tbsp extra light Olive oil 

  • Snickers Layer

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Method

    Base

      1. In a blender or food processor mix the ingredients until a dough has formed.
      1. Press into a lined loaf pan and set in the freezer.

        Snickers Layer

          1. Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chunks and seeds, into a blender or food processor. Blend until combined.
          1. With a spoon mix in the chocolate chunks and seeds.

          1. Spread snickers mixture over the base and put back in the freezer.

            Top Layer

              1. Gently melt the chocolate and spread over the snickers layer.
              1. Place back in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours. Slice into bars.
