    Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup nuts (cashew, almonds, peanuts etc.) 

  • 125g butter 

  • 1 cup rice bubbles

  • ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots

  • ⅓ cup sultanas

  • ⅓ cup goji berries or cranberries

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup coconut

  • ½ cup plain flour

    Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • ½ cup nuts (cashew, almonds, peanuts etc.) 

  • 125g butter 

  • 1 cup rice bubbles

  • ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots

  • ⅓ cup sultanas

  • ⅓ cup goji berries or cranberries

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup coconut

  • ½ cup plain flour

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC. Grease and line a 30 x 20cm slice tin.

  1. Melt honey, sugar and butter together in a saucepan over medium heat.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix to combine.

  1. Make a well in the centre of the dry mixture, add melted ingredients and combine.

  1. Press into prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes.

  1. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and then cut in squares while the slice is still warm. Then leave to cool before serving.
