  • 1 tsp butter

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant based)

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup Harraways Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 tsp butter

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant based)

Method

    Night Before

      1. Heat butter in a high sided saucepan over medium heat.
      1. Add oats and fry for about 3 minutes or until a ‘toasty’ aroma.
      1. Pour in water, stir and bring to a rolling boil.
      1. Turn off heat, cover pan and let this stand overnight.

        Next Morning

          1. Bring oats back to a simmer, add milk if desired - thins out mixture

          1. When the oats are warm, scoop into bowls and enjoy
