    Ingredients

  • 5 cups Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 1 cup mixed nuts

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup dried skimmed milk

  • 1 cup sunflower oil

  • 1 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

    Ingredients

  • 5 cups Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 1 cup mixed nuts

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup dried skimmed milk

  • 1 cup sunflower oil

  • 1 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160 deg C.
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  1. Spread out on large baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.

  1. Remove from oven and turn using spatula.

  1. Bake for a further 10-12 minutes until just turning lightly golden.

  1. Remove from oven, turn using spatula, then allow to cool.

  1. Store in an airtight container.
