  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • Flaky salt

    Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Harraways rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped apricots

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • Flaky salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

  1. Fold together until well combined.

  1. Press into a lined shallow tray, and set in the fridge for 1 hour.

  1. Slice into bars and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
