  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 cups milk (plant based or dairy)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup pineapple

    Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Harraways Rolled Oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 cups milk (plant based or dairy)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes

  • 2/3 cup pineapple

  • Toppings

  • Chocolate coconut yogurt

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Fresh pineapple or dried pineapple

Method

    Night before

      1. Add oats, chia seeds, cacao powder into a large container. Mix to combine ingredients.

      1. Cut pineapple into small pieces and add into the container, along with milk (plant based or dairy), vanilla, maple syrup and coconut flakes. Mix well. Put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.

        Next morning

          1. Serve into bowls or jars and top with chocolate coconut yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice), toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs and fresh pineapple pieces.
