Method
Night before

Add oats, chia seeds, cacao powder into a large container. Mix to combine ingredients.

Cut pineapple into small pieces and add into the container, along with milk (plant based or dairy), vanilla, maple syrup and coconut flakes. Mix well. Put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.
Next morning
-
Serve into bowls or jars and top with chocolate coconut yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice), toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs and fresh pineapple pieces.
