- 1/2 cup thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries

3/4 cup Harraways Less Sugar Raspberry Coconut Oats

2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup thick Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
Ingredients
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius fan bake.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and then fold in the yoghurt, mashed banana, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Stir in the oats, baking soda and salt.
- Whisk the flour and gently fold it in as well as the fresh raspberries.
- Pour into a greased bread tin, smoothing out the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it cool and then slice it up and enjoy with a big dollop of yogurt.
- Slice into 10 pieces.
