  • 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats (blended into oat flour) 
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 4 large bananas 

  • 1/2 cup sugar 

  • 1/2 cup butter 

  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Ingredients

  • 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats (blended into oat flour) 
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 4 large bananas 

  • 1/2 cup sugar 

  • 1/2 cup butter 

  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C. Grease muffin pans.
  1. In a large mixing bowl add bananas, sugar, butter, milk & vanilla essence, and whisk together until combined.

  1. Add the oat flour, baking soda & salt to the mixture and mix well until combined.

  1. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  1. Scoop mixture into a muffin tray, about a heaped tablespoon per muffin.

  1. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. Allow the muffins to cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
