- Pre-heat oven to 180C. Grease muffin pans.

In a large mixing bowl add bananas, sugar, butter, milk & vanilla essence, and whisk together until combined.

Add the oat flour, baking soda & salt to the mixture and mix well until combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop mixture into a muffin tray, about a heaped tablespoon per muffin.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
