    Ingredients

  • ½ cup Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats

  • 1kg ground turkey 
  • ½ cup dried breadcrumbs 

  • 1 egg lightly beaten 

  • ½ cup of tomato sauce 

  • ½ cup of dried cranberries 

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley 

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano 

  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 

  • 2 tsp dried basil 

  • Additional - ½ cup tomato sauce 

  • *If budget, time or availability of ground turkey proves challenging, we suggest that you use chicken mince. Creates a result that is just as tasty, and it is also great on the wallet in these inflationary times!

  • ½ cup Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats

  • 1kg ground turkey 
  • ½ cup dried breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup of tomato sauce 

  • ½ cup of dried cranberries 

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • 2 tsp dried basil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  1. In the bowl stir together all ingredients until combined.

  1. Place mixture into the prepared loaf tin.

  1. Top with extra tomato sauce or cranberry sauce to cover.

  1. Bake for a 1 hour, or until cooked through.

  1. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
