- Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

In the bowl stir together all ingredients until combined.

Place mixture into the prepared loaf tin.

Top with extra tomato sauce or cranberry sauce to cover.

Bake for a 1 hour, or until cooked through.

Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
