1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup yogurt or mashed banana or sweet potato puree

2 tbsp sweetener of choice

Either add up to three tablespoons of your favourite seed or nut butter (such as chocolate almond butter), or add a few squares of your favourite chocolate bar.

Ingredients

Method

Preheat to 180 degrees.

Stir all ingredients together except the lava filling, blend if you wish.

Pour 2/3 of the mixture into an oven-safe ramekin. Add the filling, then top with remaining mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Add any toppings if desired.
