    Ingredients

  • ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup yogurt or mashed banana or sweet potato puree

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • LAVA FILLING

  • Either add up to three tablespoons of your favourite seed or nut butter (such as chocolate almond butter), or add a few squares of your favourite chocolate bar.

    Ingredients

  • ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup yogurt or mashed banana or sweet potato puree

  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • LAVA FILLING

  • Either add up to three tablespoons of your favourite seed or nut butter (such as chocolate almond butter), or add a few squares of your favourite chocolate bar.

Method

  1. Preheat to 180 degrees.

  1. Stir all ingredients together except the lava filling, blend if you wish.

  1. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into an oven-safe ramekin. Add the filling, then top with remaining mixture.

  1. Bake for 25 minutes.

  1. Add any toppings if desired.
