2 tbsp of seeds (e.g. chia) / nuts (e.g. almonds and walnuts)

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp cinnamon

2 cups mixed berries

- 2 cups of Harraways Traditional Wholegrain Oats

4 cups Greek yoghurt

2 apples, grated

2 tbsp of seeds (e.g. chia) / nuts (e.g. almonds and walnuts)

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp cinnamon

2 cups mixed berries
Ingredients
Method
- Combine all the ingredients apart from the mixed berries in a large bowl.

Divide between 4 jars and top with berries.

Store in the fridge overnight* or eat straight away.

In the morning add a little more yoghurt or milk if needed before serving.
