  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 75g boysenberries, fresh or frozen and thawed

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • TO SERVE

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate

Prep them the night before for a quick, indulgent breakfast topped with extra boysenberries, yoghurt and cacao nibs or dark chocolate.

Nutritional Information

  • 45g Harraways High Protein Vanilla Oats

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 75g boysenberries, fresh or frozen and thawed

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • TO SERVE

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or grated dark chocolate

Method

  1. Add the oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, cocoa, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup to a jar. Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  1. The next morning, gently mash half of the boysenberries and swirl through the oats.

  1. Spoon the Greek yoghurt over the oats. Top with the remaining boysenberries and cacao nibs or dark chocolate.
