    Ingredients

  • 90gms Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chopped roughly

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, chopped roughly 

  • ¼ cup peanut butter (100% peanuts- no added salt/ sugar or vegetable oils) 

  • 2 squares dark chocolate, chopped roughly

  • ½ tsp honey

  • Shredded coconut, sesame seeds or almond flour for rolling

    Ingredients

  • 90gms Harraways Extra Creamy Scotch Oats

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chopped roughly

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, chopped roughly 

  • ¼ cup peanut butter (100% peanuts- no added salt/ sugar or vegetable oils) 

  • 2 squares dark chocolate, chopped roughly

  • ½ tsp honey

  • Shredded coconut, sesame seeds or almond flour for rolling

Method

  1. In a small fry pan, toast the chopped seeds. Remove from heat and pour the seeds into a small mixing bowl.

  1. Add peanut butter, honey, chocolate and oats and stir to combine. 

  1. Roll mixture into even-sized balls, then roll in the coconut, sesame seeds or almond flour.

  1. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking paper until firm. 

  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
