- Preheat oven to 180˚C. Grease and line a 21cm loaf tin.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with milk and oil. Add salt, sugar, oats, wheat bran, cheese, and wholemeal flour.

Sift in white flour and baking powder. Mix gently to combine.

Spoon into loaf tin and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until loaf springs back when lightly touched.

Leave in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
