¼ cup milk

Method

Place the rolled oats in a blender and blend until you have a fine powder.

Add the liquid ingredients and banana. Pulse to combine the ingredients.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the batter is even throughout.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Melt a little butter and allow to sizzle, then drop in ¼ cup of pancake batter. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Cook the other side until golden.

Top with pure maple syrup and enjoy.
