In a small bowl mash the banana, add in the spices and egg. Then mix well. Add Harraways Rolled Oats and fruit. Put into a coffee cup and microwave for approximately 1 ½ minutes.
Serving? Have as a muffin, or serve with plain yoghurt and more berries.
You can also make this a savoury muffin by replacing the banana with cooked mashed pumpkin and adding feta cheese with pumpkin seeds on the top. YUM!
