Healthy Living Slice Recipes

Muesli Slice

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 125g Butter
  • 1 cup Rice Bubbles
  • 1 ½ cups Harraways Oats
  • 1 cup Mixed Fruit
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ½ cup Flour

Method:
Melt honey and butter and add to other ingredients and mix together.

Press into sponge roll tin.

Bake at 170°C for 25mins.

Cut whilst warm.
