Chocolate Topped Oat Bars

  • 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 85g Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • ½ t Salt

Method:
Melt butter and sugar in saucepan.

Pour over mixed dry ingredients.

Press into flat, greased tin and bake in 180°C oven for 12-15mins or until golden brown.

Ice with chocolate icing, cut into fingers when cool.
