Oat and Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2 | Prep: 5 mins

  • ½ cup Harraways Traditional Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek-Style yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries or fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey
  • 1 handful of ice

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. Serve topped with fresh berries, if you wish.
