Scroggin Biscuits

  • 200g Butter
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Harraways Oats
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sultanas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 tsp each Vanilla and Almond essc.
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Method:
Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars, add eggs and essences, then dry ingredients.

Spoon teaspoon lots onto greased trays, flatten with fork.

Bake at 190°C for 10-15mins.
