Clifton Biscuits

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Boiling water
  • 110g Butter

Method:
Melt butter, syrup and boiling water and soda together, add to other ingredients.

Put in teaspoon lots on trays and flatten a little.

Bake in at 175 C until brown.
